The Council Seat / Gathering Area

The Council Seat and Gathering Grounds are located at the center of the valley. The Council Seat is a large ampitheater that supports the largest to smallest creatures. Amplified both with magic and with technology, there is a center stage at the bottom in the shape of a circle with posts. The cover of the ampitheater, when active, is a myriad of colors of all the elemental forces. The Gathering grounds are like oversized camping and merchant areas. There is only one permenant structure, which is on a hill to the north east near the waterfall where the Guardian of the first Valley lives. She is the only guardian who can open the gate that serves to connect the First Valley with Earth and other dimenisions.
